Guidelines for Physical Presenters

Though the symposium will be organized in hybrid mode, your physical participation in presenting the papers is greatly appreciated. Please follow the presentation guidelines when preparing the slides.

  • Your presentation should be within 8-10 minutes in length.
  • It is advisable to maintain a maximum of 10 slides.
  • Please use the attached PowerPoint template for preparing your presentation.
  • Slides must be clearly visible.
  • The filename must be your paper ID and a few important words in the title of your paper.
  • Please send your presentation to the editor’s email : edi.etakam@univ.jfn.ac.lk
  • Physical presenters are expected to submit their presentation slides at least two days before the conference.
Guidelines for Virtual Presenters
  • Virtual presenters are requested to pre-record their presentations.
  • Please double-check your files before submitting them to make sure that the video is clear and audible.

You are requested to pre-record your presentation and submit it to the organizers on or before 08/09/2024 if you attend the conference online mode. During the program on 12th and 13th of September 2024, the presenting author should be available online 15 minutes before the scheduled technical session.

Registration Detail

At least one of the authors should register and participate in the conference. Registered authors/co-authors are only entitled to get a certificate and proceeding. Registration will be closed for authors 3 days before the conference.
